How to shorten URL

Steps to embed and shorten the URL

Step 1

While in the message body, click on the shortened link icon at the bottom left corner of the message view,

Step 2

Click shorten and insert URL button.

Type in your URL.

NOTE: the URL must be propended https:// or http://
