How to Authenticate/Verify a Domain on Simpu

Authenticating your domain on the Simpu mail platform ensures that your emails are verified and trusted, improving deliverability and maintaining your sender reputation. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to verify your domain. You will need access to your DNS admin portal and may require assistance from a technical team member.

1. Log in to the Simpu Mail Platform




  • Open your preferred web browser and navigate to the Simpu mail platform.
  • Enter your login credentials and click on the Login button.

2. Access Your Profile


  • Once logged in, locate and click on your profile icon at the top right corner of the screen.

3. Navigate to Settings


  • From the dropdown menu, select Settings.

4. Open Sending Domains

  • In the settings menu, find and click on Sending domains from the sidebar.

5. Add a New Domain

  • Click on the Add a domain button.
  • Note: You may need assistance from a team member with technical expertise for this step.

6. Enter Your Domain

  • Type your domain (e.g., example.com) into the input area.
  • Click on the Next button.

7. Update Your DNS Records

  • Copy the values provided by Simpu.
  • Log in to your DNS admin portal.
  • Add the copied values into your DNS records.
  • Wait a few moments for the DNS changes to propagate.

8. Verify the Domain




  • Return to the Simpu platform.
  • Check the I've added these records box.
  • Click on the Verify button.
  • If successful, the status should indicate Verified.
