How to Authenticate/Verify a Domain on Simpu
Overview
Authenticating your domain on the Simpu mail platform ensures that your emails are verified and trusted, improving deliverability and maintaining your sender reputation. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to verify your domain. You will need access to your DNS admin portal and may require assistance from a technical team member.
2. Access Your Profile
- Once logged in, locate and click on your profile icon at the top right corner of the screen.
3. Navigate to Settings
- From the dropdown menu, select Settings.
4. Open Sending Domains
- In the settings menu, find and click on Sending domains from the sidebar.
5. Add a New Domain
- Click on the Add a domain button.
- Note: You may need assistance from a team member with technical expertise for this step.
6. Enter Your Domain
- Type your domain (e.g., example.com) into the input area.
- Click on the Next button.
7. Update Your DNS Records
- Copy the values provided by Simpu.
- Log in to your DNS admin portal.
- Add the copied values into your DNS records.
- Wait a few moments for the DNS changes to propagate.
8. Verify the Domain
- Return to the Simpu platform.
- Check the I've added these records box.
- Click on the Verify button.
- If successful, the status should indicate Verified.
