How to Remove/Delete Authenticated Email Domains in Simpu


If you need to remove or delete authenticated email domains from your Simpu account, follow these simple steps to ensure a smooth process:

 Step 1: Log In to Your Simpu Account


1. Go to the Simpu Marketing website: https://app.simpu.co}
2. Enter your existing login credentials (username and password) and click "Log In."

Step 2: Navigate to Settings


3. After logging in, you'll be directed to your Simpu dashboard.
4. In the top navigation menu, click on "Settings."

Step 3: Access Sending Domains


5. In the Settings menu, locate and click on "Sending Domains."

Step 4: Remove Authenticated Domains


6. You will see a list of your currently authenticated domains.
7. To remove a domain, click the "Delete" button next to the domain you want to remove.
8. Confirm your action if prompted.

Step 5: Remove Email Sender Profiles (Optional)

 
9. Additionally, consider removing any email sender profiles associated with the domains you've removed. This helps in managing your email campaigns effectively.

Step 6: Reauthenticate Your Domains


10. After removing the existing domains, you can proceed with reauthentication if required.
11. Click on the "Authenticate Domain" button and follow the on-screen instructions to reauthenticate your domains.

 Step 7: Verify DNS Records


12. Make sure to update your DNS records as per the provided instructions to complete the reauthentication process successfully.

That's it! You've successfully removed authenticated email domains from your Simpu account.
