How to authenticate your domain, to enable email forwarding

OVERVIEW

Authentication of the domain is necessary when you want to use Simpu inbox. If a customer uses any Email client other than Gmail or Outlook, the domain needs to be authenticated. If your domain is not authenticated, you will not be able to receive your Emails in Simpu.

Instructions

Step 1
At the Top Navigation bar, click on the profile icon.


Step 2
Click on Account Settings

Step 3
Click on Setup email sending domains.


Step 4
Click on the “Authenticate your Domain” button

Step 5
Copy the Individual values and input them into your DNS provider.
