Creating Email Templates on Simpu

Simpu's email template feature allows you to create reusable email templates that can be easily personalized and sent to your recipients . Follow these steps to create your own email templates:

Step 1: Access the Email Templates Page

1. Log in to your Simpu account and navigate to the "Templates" section.

2. Click on the "Templates" tab to access the email templates page.

Step 2: Create a New Template

1. Click the "+ New Template" button to begin creating a new email template.

2. Select mode ( UI builder or Code Editor)

 Step 3: Design Your Template

1. Use the email template editor to design the layout and content of your email.

2. Give your template a descriptive name that will help you identify it later.

3. You can add text, images, buttons, and other elements to customize the template.

4. Take advantage of Simpu's rich text formatting options to make your template visually appealing.

Step 5: Save and Test Your Template

1. Click "Save button" to save your new email template.

2. Preview the template to ensure it looks and functions as expected.

3. Make any necessary adjustments to the design or content.

6: Use Your Template

1. When composing a new email broadcast, you can select your saved template from the "Your Template".

2. The template content will be pre-populated, and you can further customize the email as needed.
