How to create a form in data on Simpu

STEPS TO FOLLOW-

1. At the Top Navigation bar, click on Data

2. Click on Add a list

3. Select Private if you want the list to only be accessible to you, or select Public if you want your team members to have access to the List.

4. Click on Start from scratch

5. On the top left corner of the screen close to the Name of the list, click on the Views icon.
