Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Access the Main Dashboard



    • Log in to your Simpu account.
    • Once logged in, you will be directed to the main dashboard.

  2. Create Sender Profiles


    • On the main dashboard, locate and click on the Create Sender profiles button.

  3. Add a New Sender Profile


    • After clicking on the Create Sender profiles button, you will be redirected to the sender profiles section.
    • In this section, click on the New sender profile button to start creating a new sender profile.

  4. Enter Sender ID/Profile Information


    • A form will appear where you need to enter the details for your new sender profile.
    • In the field provided, type in the Sender ID or Profile you want to use.
      • Note: The Sender ID should not exceed 11 characters.

  5. Save and Finalize

    • After entering the desired Sender ID/Profile, review the information for accuracy.
    • Click the Create sender profile button to finalize the creation of your new sender profile.
