In order to export your team's Simpu account data, you will need to contact Simpu's Support team. Please note that you cannot perform this process within the Simpu app at this time. This guide will walk you through the steps to request an account data export.
How it Works
When you request an account data export from Simpu, the following data will be provided:
- Conversations and messages from your shared inboxes.
- Attachments from your shared inboxes.
- Canned response templates and tags.
Step 1: Submit the Request
- Please make sure you have company admin permissions for the account for which you are requesting an export.
Step 2: Confirmation
2. Simpu's Support team will confirm that you are a company admin on the account and will proceed with the export process.
Step 3: Acknowledgment and Export
3. Within 72 hours, you will receive an acknowledgment of your data export request, along with information that the export process has begun.
4. The export will be structured in a set of folders, organized by inbox, in CSV files. If you require message files in EML format, please inform the Support team.
5. Upon completion of the export, all files will be sent to you. Each file will not necessarily represent a single inbox and will contain approximately 700MB of data, alphabetically ordered. If a particular inbox has more than 700MB of data, it will be provided in multiple files.
