Canned responses in Simpu are convenient for storing and accessing pre-written responses for common inquiries. Create canned responses

Step 1

Access the setting by clicking the Settings button in the top left corner of your inbox.


Step 2

On the left navigation panel, click on the canned responses option.


Step 3

Click on Create a canned response button.


Step 4

You can edit your canned response at any time in your settings.


Step 5

Click on the save button.
