Setting up sender profile for emails

STEPS TO FOLLOW

  1. Click on the profile icon on the top right of the navigation bar.


  2. Click on Organization Settings.


  3. Click on Set up Sender profile.


  4. Switch the tab from SMS to Email.


  5. Fill in your desired Sender from Name ( i.e Max from Simpu)

  6. Fill in your desired Sender email address

  7. Fill in your desired reply to the Email address (optional).


  8. Into the text area and click the Save sender profile button.

  9. To make a particular Sender profile default, click on the drop-down menu on the sender profile name and select Make default.
