How to move a conversation to another inbox
Overview
Transferring a conversation proves beneficial when redirecting it to another team. In contrast to the conventional method of forwarding emails, moving a conversation from one inbox to another provides a smooth transition to transfer the discussion and ensure that the customer receives assistance from the most qualified team.
How it works
- You can move your conversation on Simpu by using the inbox name drop-down at the top left of the conversation view.
- Click the inbox name drop-down and select the inbox to which you want to move the conversation.
FAQ
Can I reply to a conversation that has been moved between workspaces?
You can respond as long as you can access both the original inbox and the destination inbox.
