Understanding the conversation summary

The Simpu Conversation Summary feature allows you to quickly review and grasp a conversation's key points and details. This guide will provide a comprehensive understanding of effectively utilizing this feature and making the most of your Simpu experience.
What is the Conversation Summary?
The Conversation Summary is a concise overview highlighting the main topics, key points, and essential information discussed. It aims to provide you with a quick reference to understand the context and content of a conversation without having to read through the entire conversation thread.
How it works
To access the Conversation Summary in Simpu, follow these steps:
Step 1
Select the conversation you want to review
Step 2
Click on the ellipses at the top right corner of the conversation view.
Step 3
Select "view conversation details".
Conversation summary details
Once you have accessed the Conversation Summary, you will be presented with a concise summary of the conversation. The summary will include relevant details such as:
Attachment: a list of all the attachments received or sent in the current thread.
Read by: contains the name of the teammate who read the conversation.
Details: shows the Conversation ID and link, conversation status (can be assigned or unassigned), Tags attached to the conversation, the channel the conversation is connected to, and the conversation's current inbox.
