Zoom is a communication platform that allows teams to meet virtually.
The Simpu integration with Zoom lets you create meeting links. You could do the following:
Generate a zoom meeting link
2. Modify meeting options to suit your needs.
To install an app, please, do the following:
Sign in to Simpu.
2. At the top left corner, click on the settings icon.
3. A page with a left sidebar opens up.
4. On the left sidebar, click on Integrations.
5. On the Integrations page, click on the Zoom app.
6. Zoom could be found in the all apps section or installed apps sections (if you have previously installed it). You could also search for it.
7. Once the Zoom app is clicked on, a new page opens up containing a blue ‘Install now’ button. Click on the “Install now” button.
8. A modal pops open containing a Name field.
9. The Name field indicates the name given to that particular installation of the Zoom app (Simpu allows for multiple installations of the same app).
10. After filling in the name field, click on the connect button at the bottom right of the modal.
11. You would then be directed to Zoom’s authentication page to sign in with Zoom.
12. After signing in with Zoom, you would be redirected back to Simpu, where you would see the installed app.
You could create a Zoom Meeting with our Zoom App.
You could create a zoom meeting and generate the meeting link through various three ways.
Through the apps sidebar as shown below.

5. Click the “Add a Zoom Meeting” button in any of the ways, a modal appears.
Toggle through the options of the meeting to meet your needs. These options are explained below:
Agenda: This is the title of the meeting.
Type: This option is used to decide whether the meeting is one-time or recurring.
Host: This option is for toggling video on or off for the host of the meeting by default.
Participant: This option is for toggling video on or off for participants of the meeting by default.
Waiting room: This enables meeting participants to be allowed into a virtual waiting area before the meeting begins.
Allow participants to join anytime: This option allows meeting participants to join at any time during the meeting.
Mute participants upon entry: This causes participants to be muted by default when they join the meeting.
Private meeting: This restricts the participants that can join the meeting.
Automatically record meeting on the local computer: This allows the meeting to be recorded by the host automatically. The recorded video is stored on the host's local computer.
Click “Create” after selecting your preferred options.
A meeting is then generated as shown below.
