Bulk action features are designed to streamline and expedite repetitive or time-consuming tasks by enabling users to apply actions to multiple items simultaneously, saving time and effort.
This is only available to users with Admin privileges
Step 1
Click on the gear icon of the Inbox, Hover on the conversation(s)
Step 2
Click on the checkbox at the top to select all the loaded conversations
Step 3
To Bulk assign, click on the assign icon
Step 4
Select the Team or team member the conversation is meant to be assigned to
Step 5
Click on the Assign button.
