Custom fields provide the option to include additional details in your resources, which can be valuable for your workflows. These fields go beyond the default fields already available in Simpu. Elevate the functionality of your contacts by utilizing contact custom fields. These specialized fields will be displayed to users in the Contact Details sidebar, enhancing the information available on the contacts page.
Step 1
Navigate to the Company settings tab, then click on the gear icon in your inbox top right corner. From there, choose Custom Fields in the left sidebar menu.
Custom fields tailored for conversations enable you to enrich your conversation threads with additional information. Once these custom fields are configured for your conversations, they can be leveraged in rules to automate various aspects of your workflows.
