Accessing the list Duplicate Check Feature

To get started with Simpu's List Duplicate Check feature, follow these simple steps:
Step 1
Log in to your Simpu account. ( app.simpu.co)

Step 2
Navigate to Data and select List or table where you want to check for duplicates.

Performing a Duplicate Check

Once you're in the right List or table, you can perform a duplicate check:

Step 1
Select the List you want to examine for duplicates.

Step 2
Choose “Duplicate Check” from the dropdown menu.




Step 3

Tick the Column you want to run the Duplicate check on



NB- Duplicate Check on runs on Column with Email and phone property type.

Reviewing Duplicate Entries

Simpu will now analyze your data and display a list of potential duplicate entries based on your selected criteria. To review and manage these duplicates:

Step 1
Scroll through the list to identify duplicate records.




Step 2
Simpu will highlight the duplicate fields, making it easy to spot the similarities.



Step 3
You can click on each duplicate entry to see more details and compare them side by side, then click on the Resolve button. 

Managing Duplicate Records

Simpu provides several options to manage duplicate records:

  1. Merge Duplicates: If you find duplicates that need to be combined into a single record, you can use the "Resolve" option to create a unified entry.
  2. Ignore Duplicates: In some cases, you may want to leave duplicates as they are. You can click the "Finish" button to exclude them from future duplicate checks.
