Simpu is a powerful platform that helps you to grow your business by chatting with visitors and customers on your website. You can drive communication from Simpu to receive chats, respond to customers, and loop in your team without leaving Simpu.
Step 1
Navigate to Simpu inbox settings, and select the organization inbox tab, depending on which space you are working with.

Click on Add a Team inbox, give the inbox a name, and add a description if you want(optional).

Choose from the Channels menu and click the Website Chat option.
Step 4
Give your widget a name, set your welcome message, fill in the information required appropriately, and click the continue button.
Style your widget to fit your company team and design. Simpu Chat lets you customize your branding with colors, logos, and header greetings.
Step 5
Upload your desired logo if you have one by clicking on the header logo.
Choose a color for the backdrop using the background color button.
Use an action color that fits you; action colors are used in buttons, links, and more to highlight and emphasize.
Launcher position: launchers allow you to adjust the widget's location on your desktops and tablets. Click on the launcher position and change the side and bottom buttons, whichever you want, then click Continue.

Apps: you can add any social media channel to your live chat widget.
Select Account, select the channel you want to connect to the widget, and see your opening message in the text area.
