Monitor a number of new incoming messages within a specific time frame.

Example use case: The presence of numerous messages with limited new conversations may indicate excessive back-and-forth in communication, highlighting the need for improvement.

Definition

The number of conversation segments initiated within the timeframe covered by the report.

Location & attribution

  • Tags detail table - If a conversation segment is already tagged with a certain tag, it counts toward that tag.
