Manage teammates' report view
Simpu's Analytics provides admin, team managers, department heads, and other company leaders with valuable insights into your team's performance and the overall impact of Simpu on your organization. It offers a comprehensive view of critical metrics and data, allowing you to assess and understand how Simpu contributes to your team's productivity, efficiency, and overall success.
Step 1
Go to Analytics by clicking on the Analytics button at the top left corner of Simpu, the icon of a graph.
Step 2
On the left navigation panel, Click on the Teammates bar.
Step 3
Use the filters to select the desired range of days you want, the teammate you are looking to explore, and the inbox connected.
Step 4
After adjusting your filters, you view your report on Main metrics. Also, click on the list of metric reports you want to view.
Step 5
You can customize the metric by clicking on the gear icon to view the report in the Teammates performance table, which shows your teammates' individual performance. reports based on the selected metrics you want to view.
