Manage main metrics views

Overview

Simpu's Analytics provides admin, team managers, department heads, and other company leaders with valuable insights into your team's performance and the overall impact of Simpu on your organization. It offers a comprehensive view of critical metrics and data, allowing you to assess and understand how Simpu contributes to your team's productivity, efficiency, and overall success. By leveraging Simpu Analytics, you can make data-driven decisions, identify areas for improvement, and optimize your team's performance to drive positive outcomes for your company.



Instructions

Step 1

Access Analytics by clicking on the Analytics button at the top left corner of your inbox, the icon of a graph.


Step 2

On the left navigation panel, Click on the overview bar.


Step 3


Click on Filter to adjust the date, Teammates, and Inboxes, which are automatically added for you.

Step 4

After adjusting your filters, you view your report on Main metrics. Also, click on the list of metric reports you want to view.

Step 5


You can also view the report in Changes over Time, this shows your Teams' first response time changes over time.
