Mambu is a Saas (Software as a Service) cloud banking platform. Mambu provides infrastructure for banks and financial service providers.
The Simpu integration with Mambu lets you manage your clients and their orders. You could do the following:
View your client’s account data (e.g. biodata, address) linked to their email or phone number.
View your client’s deposit and loan accounts and their transactions.
How it works:
When you click on a message, we pull the information tied to the sender of that message. For example, we pull your client’s data from Mambu through their email address when you click on the email you received from them.
How to install
To install an app, please, do the following steps:
Sign in to Simpu.
At the top left corner, click on the settings icon.
A page with a left sidebar opens up.
On the left sidebar, click on Integrations.
On the Integrations page, click on the Mambu app.
Mambu could be found in the all apps section or installed apps sections (if you have previously installed it). You could also search for it.
Once Mambu is clicked on, a new page opens up containing a blue ‘Install now’ button. Click on the “Install now” button.
A modal pops open containing fields; Name, Account Name, Username, and Password.
The Name field indicates the name given to that particular installation of the Mambu app (Simpu allows for multiple installations of the same app).
The value entered for the Account Name field should be picked from your Mambu account’s URL domain.
A Mambu account domain is in the form of account-name.mambu.com. The text in the ‘account-name’ area of the domain is what Simpu requires for this field.
You could also enter your entire Mambu domain in full (e.g account-name.mambu.com).
Username and password are your Mambu accounts username and password.
After filling in these values, click on the connect button at the bottom right of the modal.
You would then be directed to the connections page if your connections is successful.
How to Use the Mambu App
You could view your Clients’ information with our Mambu app.
To View your Client’s Information
Go to Inbox. This could be done by clicking on the Inbox icon on the top left bar, click on any Inbox message.
At the extreme right, a sidebar (consisting of various installed app icons) is shown.
Click on the Mambu icon.
If the client that sent the message does not exist on Mambu, you would see the following message: ‘Oops! no client data’.
If the client exists on Mambu, the client's information would be shown in a section to the left (just beside the sidebar).
