Jira is a tool that helps teams manage their work and track progress. It's often used in software development for organizing tasks and finding bugs.
The Simpu integration with Jira lets you work with Issues. You could:
Create a Jira Issue without leaving Simpu.
This involves adjusting issue parameters to suit your requirements, including attachments, projects, assignee labels, and more.
To install an app, please, do the following:
Sign in to Simpu.
2. At the top left corner, click on the settings icon.
3. A page with a left sidebar opens up.
4. On the left sidebar, click on Integrations.
5. On the Integrations page, click on the Jira app.
6. Jira could be found in the all apps section or installed Apps sections (if you have previously installed it). You could also search for it.
7. Once the Jira app is clicked, a new page contains a blue ‘Install now’ button. Click on the “Install” button.
8. A modal pops open containing a Name field and an Account Name field.
a. The Name field indicates the name given to that particular installation of the Jira app (Simpu allows for multiple installations of the same app).
b. The Account Name field indicates the name of your Jira account.
c. After filling in the name field, click on the connect button at the bottom right of the modal.
d. You would then be directed to Jira’s authentication page to sign in with Jira.
