How to view contact details and communication history

Overview

Contact Details allows you to discover more information about the people who are part of the conversation, view and change contact nformation, view recent conversations involving this contact, and manage internal notes.

Instructions

Step 1


Click the gear icon on the top right of the inbox and into the settings tab.


Step 2

Select the conversation you want to investigate.

Step 3

Click on the contacts details plugin in the integrations switcher to see the details alongside the conversation.
