Alternatively, you can utilize the search list of options to refine and narrow down your results. Rest assured, Simpu will present you with the most relevant search results to make your search experience more productive.

Search bar

To access the search menu in your Simpu inbox, simply click on the search bar located at the top. Enter your desired keywords, and you will receive automatic suggestions in the options. Press Enter to view a comprehensive list of results matching your search criteria.

Recipient: contact - you can refine your search in Simpu to focus on conversations involving a particular contact. This includes conversations where the contact's information appears in the From, To, CC, or BCC fields. Narrowing down your search using this parameter allows you to specifically target conversations with the desired recipient.

From: contact - refines your search to conversations sent by a specific contact.

CC: Contact - search parameter in Simpu, you can narrow down your search to conversations that involve a specific contact mentioned in the CC field. This allows you to specifically focus on conversations where the contact is included as a recipient in the CC field. By using this search parameter, you can easily locate and access conversations with the desired contact in the CC field.

Bcc: contact - searches for conversations with a specific contact in the BCC field.

Conversation ID

Conversation ID; The conversation ID is a unique alphanumeric identifier used to locate a specific conversation quickly. To assist our support team in investigating your query, kindly include the conversation ID when contacting us.

To open a conversation in Simpu, paste the conversation ID into the search bar. The search bar allows you to easily find conversations using their respective IDs. However, please note that searching by conversation link is not supported in the search bar.
