Whether you want to forward or reply to an email, we have several different options for how you can manage your correspondence. In addition to forwarding and replying, you may also have access to other features to manage your email correspondence effectively. These features can vary depending on the email client or provider you use.
The optimal method for responding to an email is to click the "Reply" button located at the bottom of the message thread or utilize the ellipses icon positioned at the top right of the message. It's important to note that this feature exclusively permits replies to the original sender, excluding any additional recipients who were copied on the email.
The reply all button is visible at the bottom of the thread; and the ellipses at the top right of any message. The 'reply all' allows you to reply to the original sender of the mail and other mail IDs copied.
While commenting and assigning can be used as substitutes for internal email forwarding, there are instances where it becomes necessary to resend or forward them to external recipients. Simpu offers the capability to forward emails within the same conversation or in a new conversation thread, providing the utmost flexibility and convenience.
By choosing the Forward option, the forwarded message seamlessly integrates into a new conversation. The delivered content includes all prior messages, ensuring the context of the forwarded message remains intact along with subsequent replies. This allows for a smooth and uninterrupted exchange of information.
You have the flexibility to receive a message to one email address and reply using another. For instance, it is recommended that you respond from a customer support channel rather than your company's channel. By choosing the appropriate channel, you can ensure that the "From" address in your current message will be updated accordingly. This approach allows for seamless communication while maintaining professionalism.
If you choose to Forward or Resend, anyone with access to the ongoing discussion in Simpu will also gain access to the message.
