How to reopen conversation

Overview

In Simpu, reopening a closed conversation allows you to resume communication with the customer or participant and ensures the continuity of the conversation.

The reopened conversation moves to the unassigned tab.

Instructions

Step 1

Go to your closed tab, pick and open the conversation you want to reopen

Step 2

By the top right of the opened conversation click on the ellipses and select reopen

Step 3

Click yes and the conversation has been reopened.
