How to open conversations in external windows
Overview
At times, it can be beneficial to handle multiple conversations simultaneously. Simpu simplifies this process by allowing you to detach entire conversations and open them in separate external windows. This feature enables you to work on multiple conversations concurrently, enhancing your efficiency and productivity.
Instructions
Step 1
Double-click on the choice chat in your inbox list. This will come out as a separate page in the external window.
Step 2
From the fresh page, you can comment, reply, or tag it as usual even after selecting a different chat in your main app window.
Step 3
To return the chat back to your main inbox window, click the arrow in the upper right corner. This will move you to the chat in your main app window. Closing the external takes you back to whatever conversation is currently selected in your app.

Instead of using the double-click feature, you could click on the three-dot menu at the top of the chat and select view in the external window.
