How to Generate an SMS Campaign Report on Simpu
Overview:
Simpu allows you to track the performance of your SMS campaigns effectively. Follow these steps to generate a detailed SMS campaign report.
Steps:
Access Reports:
- Navigate to the main dashboard of your Simpu account.
- Look for the "Reports" section or tab. Click on it to access the reporting tools.
Select SMS Broadcast Report:
- Once in the Reports section, you should see various report options.
- Click on the "SMS Broadcast Report" option to generate a report specifically for your SMS campaigns.
Choose Date Range:
- To analyze campaign performance within a specific timeframe, click on the calendar icon located next to the "Date Range" field.
- A calendar will pop up. Select your desired start and end dates for the report.
Customize Report Columns:
- You can tailor the report to include specific data points by toggling the desired columns.
- Select the columns that are most relevant to your analysis, such as sent messages, delivered messages, failed messages, click-through rates, and other relevant metrics.
Generate Report:
- Once you've selected the date range and customized the columns, click on the "Generate" button.
- Simpu will process your request and generate the SMS campaign report based on your specified criteria.
