The Location clicks report is a powerful feature in Simpu, empowering users to track the effectiveness of their SMS/email campaigns. It provides comprehensive insights into recipients who engaged with the links within the campaigns. This guide will seamlessly navigate you through the process of downloading a detailed report of such recipients, including their corresponding locations.



Step 1: To access the Campaign Analytics:

  1. Sign in to your Simpu account.

  2. Go to the campaign section or dashboard.

  3. Find the SMS/email campaign you want to download Location clicks reports for.

  4. Click on the campaign to view its detailed analytics.

Step 2: Viewing Recipient Click Data

  1. Within the campaign analytics, scroll down to the bottom of the page

  2. This section will summarize the number of recipients who clicked on the links within the campaign.

  3. You may also find additional metrics, such as the total number of recipients, click-through rates, and other engagement statistics.

Step 3: Downloading the Recipient Click Report

Click the Download list button to export/download the Location and click Report.

Step 4: Initiating the Download

  1. Confirm the billing settings for the report.

  2. Click the "Download list" button to initiate the download process.

  3. Jump to Reports, then click on Data Exports.

4. While on the Report Exports page, wait for the status to show Completed , then click the download icon and patiently wait for the report to generate and download onto your device. The duration may vary depending on the report's size and the number of recipients.

Step 5: Accessing the Recipient Click Report

1. Locate the downloaded file on your device. It is usually saved in the default download location or the location you specified during the download process.

2. Open the file using a compatible application, such as a spreadsheet program for CSV or XLSX files.

3. Review the report to gain insights into the recipients who clicked on the links within your campaign, along with their respective locations.

4. Utilize the information to analyze the campaign's performance, assess recipient engagement, and optimize future campaigns.

Kindly note that a charge is associated with downloading the Location Clicks report. For each recipient number included in the report, a fee of 1 Naira will be deducted from your campaign credit.
