How to delete your Simpu account


If you no longer wish to use Simpu and want to delete your account, you can follow the steps below to permanently remove your account and associated data.

Please note that deleting your Simpu account is an irreversible process and will result in the loss of all your data, including messages, contacts, and any other account-related information. Make sure to back up any important data before proceeding with the deletion.

Step 1: Accessing Account Settings

  • Open a web browser and navigate to the Simpu website.

  • Log in to your Simpu account using your registered email address and password.

Step 2: Navigating to Account Settings

  • Once logged in, locate and click on your user profile or account icon. It is usually located in the top right corner of your screen.

  • From the dropdown menu, select "Profile". This will take you to the account management section.

Step 3: Initiating Account Deletion

  • In the Danger zone area, click on the "Delete your Account" button. This will open the account deletion modal.

Step 4: Confirming Account Deletion

  • On the account deletion page, you will be presented with information regarding the consequences of deleting your Simpu account. Carefully read through the provided


  • Select your reason for deleting your account.

  • If you still wish to proceed with the deletion, click on the "Delete Account" button.

Step 5: Account Deletion Confirmation

  • Once you have successfully completed the account deletion process, Simpu will log you out.

  • At this point, you will no longer have access to your Simpu account, and all associated data will be permanently removed from Simpu's servers.
