How to create a chatbot in Simpu

Overview

Simpu's chatbot feature is designed to prevent customers from feeling stranded or left without assistance. It serves as a reliable virtual assistant that can engage with customers, provide instant support, and address their queries even when your team is unavailable.

Instructions

Step 1

Go to Settings then Click on Chatbots.

Step 2

Click on the New Custom Bot button.

Step 3

Edit the name of your Custom Bot.

Edit your default path name.

Enter your path message.

Step 4

Edit your reply buttons to signify potential user responses then link your reply buttons to new paths.

Step 5

Edit those new paths then Save and close the Custom Bot
