Overview
You can cancel your subscription to Simpu at any time through your billing settings.
Please note that any payments you have made, whether monthly or annual, are nonrefundable by our Sales Order Agreement. Additionally, no credit will be issued for future use in your account. It is important to know that you are responsible for the full upfront fees associated with your chosen subscription period, even in the event of early termination.
Instructions
Step 1
To access the billing settings in your Simpu inbox, click on the gear icon at the interface's top right corner. From there, navigate to the Company settings tab and select the Billing option within the Company section.
Step 2
Select the Cancel plan.
