Generating Campaign Reports

Overview

Campaign reports are essential tools that provide detailed information about the performance of your campaign. By analyzing these reports, you can gain valuable insights into your campaign's performance, identify areas that need improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize your future campaigns.

How does it work?

  • At the top of the navigation screen, click on Reports,

  • Select your desired data option (SMS or Email),

  • Input your desired date range,

  • Toggle the columns you would like to see on the report,

  • Click Generate.

Generate Billable Spend

  • Click on reports at the top left corner of the dashboard,

  • Scroll to reports,

  • Click on “SMS campaign billable spend”,

  • Input your date range and click generate.

Download the generated data

  • Click on data exports

  • At the side of the generated data click the download icon.

  • Your generated data will be downloaded.
